• Mentor - Having a competent, experienced, successful and accessible mentor, who has a financial stake in your success is potentially the most important element of a successful business. You want someone who cares about your success and what better way than if they have some stake in your success…really?
• Marketing System – A turn-key marketing system and you need one which leaves absolutely nothing to chance and helps any capable individual with no particular expertise to effortlessly duplicate the established step-by-step procedures. What better way to learn than by ensuring yourself the proper marketing system?
• Serious – This was the reason we want to make sure we were serious because you need to take a really good long look at yourself.  Step up and make the decision to treat your business seriously.  Please don’t waste your time and more importantly the time of a skilled mentor who is dedicated to your success.  Treat this business you’re going into as you would any other serious endeavor which has the opportunity to create financial independence. If you have the ability, knowledge, training, and motivation to create your financial independence can you be serious about it?
• Direct Sales Business Model – This is kind of where some people might say where the rubber hits the road.  It truly does not matter how great or life changing the product you choose really is.  If the business model supporting it does not compensate you to the point where it affords you enough income to be a full-time business owner within a reasonably short period of time, (we are talking less than two years). The real question here would be if your will to do all of the step require above would it not make prefect sense to have a business model which could get you the income you desire?
• Product – With out getting too carried away here on a products or services there is only one thing you really need to keep in mind.  Is the product or service unique, does it stand alone from the rest, it of high quality which sells well outside the company, and can it, does it, or will it enrich the lives of those who come in possession of it?
• Dual Income Compensation Structure – This type of compensation structure affords you to generate a full time income on your own terms.  You need to monetize your income creating different avenues of streams of income.  Most important is to have, as they say, not all your eggs in one basket.  Make sure your business is YOU.INC…you want to promote you.  You are going to be the person talking to people, helping people, and guiding people towards creating more than one source of income.  Would you like to be able to have more than one source of income and those sources are income that is considered passive income, and residual?
